This guesthouse project was commissioned by an investor looking to revamp and expand her property to elevate her guests’ experience. Our team expertly designed and installed every detail, adding 2 new rooms and 3 bathrooms to the main house, and renovating 4 existing bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—each with a distinct, carefully curated style to offer a unique stay for each guest. The exterior was also completely revamped to make a great first impression that draws attention and inspires bookings. Additionally, we transformed one room into a multifunctional boardroom that doubles as an entertainment space, beautifully designed to suit both purposes. This full turnkey project included everything from general construction, electrical work, ceilings, and roofing, to the final, elegant finishes.
